Why Mistrii24x7
Needed to Exist

India has 50+ million construction workers — the people who build our homes, hospitals, roads, and cities. They are the backbone of a ₹15 trillion industry. Yet they have no digital presence, no verified identity, and no platform to find consistent work.

Anushka Mahraniya grew up in Suma Khera, Rewari — a village surrounded by skilled workers who couldn't find consistent work, while homeowners in cities couldn't find trusted workers. The mismatch was enormous and entirely solvable with technology.

She built Mistrii24x7 — India's first platform dedicated entirely to the construction sector. Not a general gig-work platform. Not an afterthought category. A platform built from day one for construction, by someone who understands the industry from the ground up.

Conducted ground-level research across Haryana, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai. Talked to masons, electricians, site supervisors, and homeowners to understand the real problem.
