How is the pricing decided?
Pricing is transparent and based on the trade, location, and job complexity. You'll always see the estimated cost before confirming a booking. There are no hidden charges. Payment is made after job completion.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 24 hours of job completion. We will investigate the issue, mediate between you and the worker, and find a resolution — including a refund if warranted.
Is Mistrii24x7 available in my city?
We aim to cover all of India. Currently, we're strongest in Haryana, Delhi NCR, and Maharashtra, and rapidly expanding to every state. If you don't find workers in your city, contact us — we'll do our best to source them for you.
